Had a great session with Mary today – we started with a guided meditation that really helped me feel calm and centered right from the beginning. The truth is, how you begin your morning shapes the energy of your entire day. The thoughts you choose, the actions you take, and even the way you speak to yourself in those first moments can set the tone for everything that follows.

Life is one big theatre, and you are the director.
You decide the role you’ll step into today. Will you play small, hiding in the background of your own life? Or will you step into the spotlight, owning your story and creating the scenes you truly want to live?


Questions to Ask Yourself Each Morning

When you answer these questions with intention, you take back creative control of your day. You’re no longer just reacting — you’re directing.

So tomorrow morning, when the alarm goes off, remember: this is your stage, your story, and your moment to live it on purpose.


Reflective Exercise for Tomorrow Morning

  1. Before getting out of bed, take a slow, deep breath.

  2. Ask yourself:

    • “What role will I play today?”

    • “How do I want to feel by the end of the day?”

  3. Write one sentence in a journal or phone note that captures your intention.

  4. Take one small action in the morning that supports that intention.

Do this for 7 days, and notice how the way you start your mornings changes the way you live your days.
