My session with Mary was unlike any reading I’ve had before in the best possible way! She has a wonderful, compassionate yet candid energy. She creates a safe and peaceful space to explore what comes up in that session. It is deep, relaxed and she took time using a unique blend of a variety of techniques to deliver a session that left me more understood, empowered and clearer.

The session was held in a really beautiful and customised space for Mary to work in. I found her just this morning and my session was at noon. So obviously a serendipitous connection and it was a delight to spend time with her. Thank you Mary!💫🧝🏻‍♀️💕

Five of Air : Fear

The Five of Air: Fear

We’ve all been there. That creeping sense of dread, the tightness in your chest, the whirlwind of thoughts that tells you you’re not good enough, that you’re destined to fail. This is the energy of the Five of Air, a card that speaks directly to our deepest fears. But what if we could look at this card, and our fear, with new eyes?

This card reflects a deep-rooted fear of not being good enough, and the fear of failing. It’s a heavy feeling, one that can leave us feeling isolated and defeated. But it also brings an invitation: to look at fear with new eyes—not to avoid it or fight it, but to truly see it.

Fear, when faced without judgment or attachment, begins to lose its power. It’s like a shadow that shrinks when you shine a light on it. When you can sit with your fear, acknowledge its presence without letting it consume you, something magical happens. It softens, it dissolves, and in its place, clarity emerges.

You are not your fear. You are the awareness behind it—the calm presence that observes. When you can sit with fear without reacting, it softens, dissolves, and reveals clarity. In that stillness, you return to your true self.

Turn Inward to Move Forward

This is a powerful time for inner transformation. When the Five of Air appears, it’s a sign that rushing forward without reflection may only create more tension, conflict, or confusion. The world might be screaming at you to keep pushing, but this card whispers a different truth.

Pause. Step back. Breathe.

When you retreat—both emotionally and energetically—you create space to gain perspective. It’s in this space of inner calm that you can truly see the situation for what it is and make wise, aligned choices. True strength comes not from charging ahead, but from the courage to go within.

So, the next time you feel that familiar pang of fear, remember the lesson of the Five of Air. Don’t run from it. Don’t fight it. Simply be with it. In that stillness, you’ll find the clarity and strength you need to move forward, not with fear, but with a newfound sense of peace and purpose.
