Truly enlightening. Before I’d even opened my mouth Mary picked up on everything I was going through, how I was feeling in that moment, and how a recent event in the past few weeks had triggered me to feeling at a crossroads in life. It got to a point in the session where she was effectively saying out loud to me thoughts and feelings I had been internalising for a while but hadn’t had the courage to confront. This shouldn’t be thought of as any kind of therapy per say, but more spending an hour with someone touched by something truly special who can offer you a guiding hand in helping you both re align with yourself, and to see the bigger picture that goes beyond any demons you currently face.
